CHEESEBURGER BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1.25-1.5 lb lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1.5 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
2 cups pasta, cooked al dente
1 box Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
1 cup milk
1 head broccoli, cut into small florets

Instructions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add Oh! So Garlic and Oh! So Onion and stir to combine. Meanwhile, prepare Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix using 4 cups of water and 1 cup of milk. Combine beef with pasta and spread on the bottom of a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Spread broccoli florets evenly over top, then coat with prepared soup. Top with shredded cheese or other garnish, if desired. Bake at 350°F until heated through and pasta is desired tenderness and cheese on top is melted & bubbly (about 20 minutes).
